Vyapnote stores your habits, tasks, goals, and reminders securely. You control your data: export JSON anytime, delete your account with a grace period, and raise DPDP privacy tickets in-app. We do not sell personal data.

Who we are

Vyapnote ("we", "us") operates the Vyapnote web application and related services at vyapnote.com and app.vyapnote.com.

Data we collect

  • Account information (email, username, authentication data)
  • Content you create: habits, tasks, goals, reminders, vyapspaces, renewals, and support tickets
  • Billing metadata processed by Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Security and audit logs for admin and support actions

How we use data

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Respond to support tickets and account requests
  • Send transactional emails (verification, tickets, optional reminders you enable)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights (India — DPDP Act, 2023)

  • Access and export your data (Settings → Download my data)
  • Request erasure (Settings → Delete account, with grace period)
  • Raise a privacy grievance via in-app Support → Data / privacy (DPDP)

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, role-based admin access, and audit logging for sensitive operations. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their compliance framework.
